Springdale's J.V. Manufacturing, producer of the CRAM-A-LOT line of solid waste and recycling equipment for commercial and industrial applications since 1978, has completed an expansion project at its location on Butterfield Coach Road.

The company recently completed more than $1.4 million of improvements to its physical plant including a new paint facility and new fabrication equipment. The company also completed exterior enhancements and landscaping.

"This expansion positions us to hopefully gain market share and to be able to add additional employees in the future," says Chris Weiser, company president. "We were also able to upgrade our plant exterior with fencing and landscaping that allows us to be a better corporate neighbor."

J.V. Manufacturing manufactures vertical and horizontal balers, compactors, pre-crushers and receivers critical to the recycling needs of businesses across the United States. The company, with manufacturing locations in Springdale and Conway, makes its products available to its end users both directly from the company, and through a nationwide network of regional distributors.
