National Weather Service to Offer Storm Spotter Classes in Your Area | Events
The National Weather Service is once again offering storm spotter training courses in our area.
Here is a list of locations and dates of the classes:
Thursday, February 2 in Fayetteville at 7:00 PM at the Bell Engineering Building on the campus of the University of Arkansas.
Saturday, February 4 in Fort Smith at 2:00 PM at the Emergency Management Building.
Monday, February 6 in Van Buren at 6:00 PM at the Emergency Operations Center.
Tuesday, February 7 in Tahlequah at 7:00 PM at NSU Tahlequah.
Saturday, February 18 in Westville at 10:00 AM at the Westville High School Auditorium.
Monday, February 20 in Poteau at 7:00 PM at the Le Flore County 911 at 1215 South Broadway.
Two classes will be offered on February 21 at 7:00 PM. One in Wilburton at the High School and the other in Talihina at the Kiamichi Technology Center.
Thursday, February 23 in Siloam Springs at 7:00 PM at the Siloam Springs High School Auditorium.
Wednesday, February 29 at 6:00 PM in Stigler at the Kiamichi Technology Center.
Thursday, March 1 at 7:00 PM in Sallisaw at the County Fair Barn.
Tuesday, March 6 at 7:00 PM in Bentonville at the Skewmaker Center at NWACC.
Thursday, March 22 at 7:00 PM in Ozark at the ATU-Ozark campus.
