“Back 2 School Family Festival” | Families

Restore Community Development Corporation is hosting a “Back 2 School Family Festival” from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 11, at in the Tyson Parking Lot at 6th St./MLK Blvd in Fayetteville.

The event will include family-friend games and rides. Event organizers will be offering 1,000 backpacks with school supplies, 300 bags of groceries, two $250 gift cards to JC Penneys, fresh produce, dental information, ARKids sign up, library card and voter registration opportunities, games, ponies and more.

Cox Communications will present a laptop computer to a festival participant. Fayetteville Mayor Lioneld Jordan will also be on hand.
