Shelter Honors Military with Free Pets | Pets
Title (Max 100 Characters)
The Fayetteville Animal Shelter is waiving the adoption fees of all dogs and cats the week of Monday, July 2, through Saturday, July 7, for members of the armed services and their spouses. “We have many great pets that have a lot to offer someone, and we wanted to honor the people who have given so much to allow us the freedoms we enjoy every day,” said Justine Middleton, animal services superintendent.
The pets adopted through this event will receive the same services as any other adoption, including the spay or neuter surgery, microchip, and vaccinations.
This promotion during the week of July 2-7 is available to any current or former member of the armed services, as well as their spouses. The Fayetteville Animal Shelter, located at 1640 South Armstrong Avenue in Fayetteville, will be closed Wednesday, July 4, but we will keep normal hours the rest of the week.
