On Monday, Feb. 6, the City of Fayetteville will begin installing a new water main that will require the closure of the east lane of Sycamore Street and the north lane of Walnut Avenue. 

This work will last approximately three weeks and begin each week day at 8:30 a.m. and last until 3:30 p.m.  For the first few days of this three-week period, safety crews will be on site along with signs and safety cones to alert and direct traffic.  These lanes will be re-opened during non-work times over this three-week period.
